About One on One Pro Sport and Conditioning

One on One Pro Sport and Conditioning started in 2007, however, our founder and owner Matthew Lue-Hue felt like he needed to continue his learning and build added experience, so he paused operations to focus on educating himself. After gaining the kind of exposure he hoped for, the doors were reopened in 2012, and now we operate as a personal and sports training facility.

We specialize in basketball and football training and recruiting of young athletes to pro athletes, and are currently training two contracted workers. We operate out of school board facilities and privately owned properties.

We are open seven days a week from 9 am to 9 pm and have a mobile to client portion as well as a storefront operation. We offer our sports training to athletes from Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Etobicoke, Milton, and the Greater Toronto Area. We also service the Brantford and Brant County.

The One on One Pro Sport and Conditioning Difference

One aspect that has made us a preferred training institute is our strength in understanding athletic psychology and our knowledge of the human body and the ways it moves kinetically. We also continually add different types of training and development with outsourced services such as tutoring, nutrition, therapy, and chiropractic, to clients, so all their needs are met.

Being in a state of growth, in Brantford and Brant County we are working to bring a new style of training by combining skills development, strength and conditioning, adding our outsourced services as well as recruiting opportunities. We have a total package of services available and have a semi-private and private practice. We don’t cater to large groups to ensure that training is personalized in every aspect.

Our contractors possess specialized skills in their field. For example, our therapist has knowledge and ability for dealing with athletic injuries, while Mathew has expertise and skill in strength and conditioning as well as knowledge of the game of basketball (teaching and coaching).

We derive immense pride from the knowledge that over two hundred of our athletes have been recruited to post-secondary institutions. Our dream is to continue training and helping athletes and to have many facilities that cater to athletes at professional and amateur-level sports.
